It is often said that you will never master a language unless you gain an understanding and appreciation for the cultural differences that set this language apart from your own.
The goal of this project is just that; for you and your group to discover and enjoy one of the many aspects of French Culture, and share your findings with the rest of the class (and the world)
The project will include
a "research paper" and related links posted on this wiki
a poster (or glog) detailing the main points of the research
an in-class presentation
a video
Procedure
With your group (4 people max), you will research a topic of your choice related to French people, history, monuments, arts, literature or culture, and get it approved by the teacher
Use 2 Class periods (blocks) to complete the research, and make sure to fill in the guided search. Do not forget to cite your sources.
Use 3 Class periods to build your wiki page, and your poster (or Glog)
Use 1 Class period to "edit" your video footage
The In class presentation will take place on Thursday Feb 7, 2013
Be sure to check the Grading Rubric to help you along the way
